To offset the initial cost of the new ACA complaint benefit package, we provided each employee in Atlanta a $2 hr raise. This is in addition to the merit increases (avg. $3 per person) since the inception of the project in February 2014. Our approach is not based on greed; it is based on steady growth and development. Competitors in this market are offering higher wages with no or minimal benefits packages. We have chosen a more comprehensive approach.
