All employees with our company are seasonal...that is the nature of this business. Our employees do drive revenue for the company and we compensate them well. As you know the typical commission rate is 65% and all hourly rates range between $14 and $36/hr. Due to the seasonality, we are always bringing in new employees. It is not easy, but we have to create a balance between maintaining loyalty to our experienced employees and giving opportunities for our new employees to grow. We invite all of our employees to refer friends and family for employment. So, yes there are times when a managers relative gets opportunities for work; but that is no different than other employees who have brought on friends and family. We DO value all of our employees and we have established appropriate conduct guidelines that apply to all.
