Cons
Worley considers themselves the very best, but appears only in the mind of their management. This does not appear to be the same way they feel about their own people . The deception and lying is overwhelming among management as are their practices .Management bands together and truly can provide a constant flogging if you voice your opinion or ask any questions they don't feel necessary . Training is little to be desired and again if you seek to get the correct answers from somebody else , you risk the chance of retaliation through that trainers passive aggressive behavior . Worley in my opinion can take a deployment and make it a very stressful & an unpleasant experience with their hardheadedness and not willing to listening to the people who work for them and make them a profit .
