      Pros

      Um. They have electricity and indoor plumbing and toilets. Oh, and some microwaves. And vending machines. Um. Uh. That's it.

      Cons

      This place is a joke, except it's not funny. No training. No vision. No ideas. No leadership. No nothing. Really bad morale. Employees are treated like drones. Leadership is incapable of leading. The building is run down and dirty. Great if you have super low standards, otherwise, stay FAR away.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Lots of room for OT. Position is remote and they are flexible with what time you start/end shift.

      Cons

      Lots of cases. Like over 40 per week. At the heaviest we have gotten up to 52 per week. There is very little being done to help with miinimizing the caseload.
