Deplorable treatment of nurses. Units are understaffed and nurses work without proper resources. Very punitive environment. Managers promoted through cronyism, rather than experience and qualifications. Needless over-time racked up for manager's friends and for ineadequate staffing-again due to lack of basic managerial skills.
