Pros
The best reason to work at AHS is the commitment to providing care without regard to ability to pay. That is what attracted me to this organization. At each facility there are caring and dedicated employees who strive to the best of their abilities to perform often thankless jobs.
Cons
Nepotism, cronyism and favoritism are rampant at this organization. The opportunities to advance are often thwarted by the narrow-minded managers who promote or bring their own friends in to AHS. Communication from management to staff is almost non-existent.
