Pros
Excellent health care benefits, the management team really cares about the happiness of the employees, and I was paid well.
Cons
Stressful (like most healthcare facilities I have worked) and heavy work load. I worked in an old facility that was often in need of repairs and not the most comfortable to work in. No air conditioning.
