Lack of structure and programs for staff - Analyst Alameda Health System Employee Review

Terrible place to work. The sapphire team is horrible. the leadership team is not trained or skilled and they have no desire to engage the staff to encourage them to build out what they need. no one will take initiative and there is no hr support to try and fix issues but rather they side with the leadership team to mask the issues.
