      Pros

      I’m a former employee; was a trauma registrar there very briefly. Only the benefits and pay are pros.

      Cons

      Management is immature, unprofessional and awful. The trauma office staff dynamic is … different. The lead TR is a nice, but know-it-all with a PhD. Apparently, working from home is really working from home, Be prepared to work onsite at the hospital whenever management feels like it is needed.
