      No real downsides here. Just hoping that the economy picks up steam again to get the sales going stronger and get the installers more work

      This was the best company I ever worked for! It has its flaws like everywhere else. But overall I felt like I was a part of something. Great work/life balance.

      Insurance not the best out there. That is the only con.

      Short staff and semi-frequent call off's There are times when call volume can be overwhelming Strict policy with BYOD due to the nature of the Job
