      Pros

      Friendly and helpful co workers, pay was decent , company outings were wonderful.

      Cons

      Management that have no clue how to do the job they're supervising but willing to tell you how to do it. Supervisor playing favoritism toward those fitting into their click .They say their family friendly while interviewing but will use it against you.... recording what you use paid time off for only to use it later to dismiss you.

      Pros

      This was the best company I ever worked for! It has its flaws like everywhere else. But overall I felt like I was a part of something. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Insurance not the best out there. That is the only con.

      Flexible PTO policy Easy access to supervisory/management Relaxed atmosphere (for the most part) Low Stress on the Job (for the most part) Encouraged to seek out other opportunities within the company to Advance or try something new

      Cons

      Short staff and semi-frequent call off's There are times when call volume can be overwhelming Strict policy with BYOD due to the nature of the Job
