Good benefits. HR is very on top of things. Company is for the most part well organized. Pay is decent. Would suggest working here in other departments.

Cons

CEO likes to talk too much about his personal opinions on single mothers and having children before marriage. Can be off putting to those with a different background. Dispatch center has way to much drama going on inside of itself.

This was the best company I ever worked for! It has its flaws like everywhere else. But overall I felt like I was a part of something. Great work/life balance.

Cons

Insurance not the best out there. That is the only con.

Cons

Short staff and semi-frequent call off's There are times when call volume can be overwhelming Strict policy with BYOD due to the nature of the Job
