Pros

Great Coworkers: Exceptional, supportive, and talented non-management colleagues. I’ve made some friends for life here. Good Career Launchpad: A strong place to get your foot in the door and gain initial tech industry experience. Culture of Verbal Praise: Teams are quick to give verbal recognition for hard work (though it isn't backed up by actions). Management will make or break. If you have a good manager you’ll stay for a long time. Otherwise, you’ll want to quit on the spot.

Cons

Severe Wage Inequity: Compensation is below the local market average. Massive internal wage comparisons. Senior QE makes less than a brand-new, entry-level SE 1 straight out of college. Ego-Driven Management: Leadership lacks empathy, breaks hiring promises, and actively increases workloads without contributing or offering support. Extreme Burnout & Understaffing: A toxic "absorb the impact" mentality. When people leave, their entire workload is dumped onto a single remaining employee. Unfair Remote Work Policy: Rigid and arbitrary denials for remote work, even for proven, virtual-first employees, while others are approved under more drastic circumstances. Unrealistic Al Mandates: Forced, solo Al projects are layered on top of maximum workloads with zero timeline relief or extra resources. Atmosphere of Fear: A distinct lack of psychological safety, where employees operate under a persistent fear of termination rather than trust. There have been large layoffs of senior members with the justification of downsizing and that’s it.
