Chaotic environment with minimal support - Anonymous Alaska Behavioral Health Employee Review

This agency is not healthy to work for. Their motto, "wellness for all," does not extend to their employees. Clinical staff is overworked and given little to no support for managing clinical cases. Clinicians are not even allowed to schedule a lunch or administrative time for themselves. Employees have been misled regarding their salaries and there is no transparency for how financial decisions are made. Management is incredibly subjective and makes financial decisions based off personal relationships. Avoid if you can. There are better agencies in Anchorage offering a healthier work-life balance and ethical practices.
