Pros
Great work environment, really good benefits, the union is always there to back you up. depending on the store the higher ups are always looking to promote from within.
Cons
There is slight favoritism in certain stores, the wage progression is slow, 7-10 years to be topped out. Hours aren't always guaranteed you can get bumped by the senior people, even if you are better at the job.
