Depending on your manager, the hours are totally flexible, daily tasks are not too difficult to handle, and customers are usually delightful to work with.
Cons
You can work as hard as possible and be with the company for a while and not see any promotional benefits. The pay is minimum, and rarely goes up, and employees tend to get very little hours.
