Pros
Has decent pay compared to most places, but they couldn't care less about the employees. As long as you are willing to work long hours, it can pay the bills. Somewhat easy to advance in positions.
Cons
Uncaring bosses, relatively low pay, have to fight for more hours. Working with belligerent customers can get frustrating and as it's a grocery store, you can expect a lot of them all day.
