Pros
The company balances it's focus between the greater good of the company and the needs of the individual. In the Customer and Digital Organization, there are constant conversations about work life balance and making the workplace healthier. Things are fast paced and flexible - there are always opportunities to work with a diverse array of teams and coworkers on ranges of products, and grocery is a year round industry.
Cons
While things are always changing and updated, process can feel slow. Resources can be stretched thin and though teams are full of passion and ideas, it can be difficult to find anyone with extra bandwidth to help with innovation. Teams can tend to fall into silos, though with some extra massaging the teams who do work together can do some really exciting work.
