-Store Managers are expected to work days sometimes in excess of 12 hours. -Managers are expected to work 6 to 7 days a week if that's whats needed. -If you work over your 50 hour work week, there is no time, or days paid back! -Executives are not interested in employee growth or advancement, only the bottom line.
