Pros
Plenty of opportunity to learn, jump into new projects, understand many different areas of business. Great work from home OR hybrid options. Easy to jump to different teams or organizations. They offer Google certs as well.
Cons
It's just pretty cutthroat. Within my first two months, both the team's Sr manager and my manager left to a different team, and my only coworker was transferred to a different team. I received very minimal training whilst taking on newer responsibilities in their absence. I am now the only person on my team. As I said, chaos = opportunity. Do with it what you will!
