The retail workers are not appreciated or treated fairly. No annual raises. The process for requesting PTO is humiliating and dehumanizing. Management makes no efforts to make the work environment safer and more ergonomic for retail workers. Workers get various physical injuries, not to mention the psychological toll of dealing with customers. The person responsible for scheduling pharmacy staff (her name starts with W) is utterly incompetent and should be fired immediately.
