Circus - Experienced Floral Designer Albertsons Companies Employee Review

Floral department was a crap show. No one ever knew what they were supposed to be doing. Manager wasn't qualified for the job or a floral designer. The schedule changed every week so I never what day it was. The other 2 people in the department barely worked all week and then at the end of the week would get overtime because they messed around all week. But no one else was allowed to get overtime but the manger and the older lady that has been working there for years. The whole store was kinda like high school. People beefing and rumors spreading. Not my jam.
