Pros

Benefits are decent. New opportunities are constant. You will learn a lot professionally if you can handle the stress.

Cons

Employee well being is the very farthest thing from this company's values. Consequently, the workplace is a toxic pit and morale is LOW. Long hours and tears and sweat are expected, and not even a little bit appreciated; damned if you do, and damned if you don't. Many times, employees are put in situations where they are set up to fail because expectations are simply unrealistic, but nobody seems to care. The executive leadership is far removed from what actually goes on in the trenches, but they make changes anyway and end up hurting the organization further. Empathy and support is nonexistent from management: supervisors show up, do their work away from their employees, and leave. Management is extremely critical and praise is rare. Cliques are the norm because nobody trusts each other.

Pros

It was fun getting trained in new techniques, but they did not prioritize training. The bottom line is all they care about. There were some great coworkers there too. I hope they find a workplace where they are truly valued, cause this is not it.

Cons

I loved working here at first. Then, the good people kept leaving and management became worse. Micromanagement is rampant and new red tape changes to software keep things moving slower and slower. There is no trust in your abilities as an analyst. Management is extremely incompetent and they use fear and bullying through intimidation to deliver results. They will only promote you if they like you as a person. Hard work never gets rewarded, and promotions are unbalanced. Safety, empathy, and quality are taken as suggestions while their antiquated SOPs are considered the highest dogma. Higher turnover rate than most restaurants. Managers talk trash about their employees to other employees. No one who works at the analyst level here is mentally ok. The heartache is not worth the low pay. Watch your back.
