Pros

It's not quite a prison - You do receive a check regularly. Average benefits and pay. Beware if you are salaried. You may meet a few good coworkers. And that's where it ends.

Cons

This place is utterly soul crushing. Management cares only about output and the bottom line. They constantly put the cart before the horse and make unrealistic promises to customers. This in turn creates chaos, disorganization, and puts strain on the diminished workforce. More stress and strain leads to mistakes and errors, downtime, and rework. Turnover is rampant, creating an even more stressful environment. Anyone that says, "Hey, that will not work or this is wrong" has a target painted on their back by management, and is likely walked out the door. Don't even bother giving a two week notice, you will likely be questioned and walked out immediately. Management turns a blind eye to the turnover and is content with overextending operations on barebones staffing. Weekends are considered regular weekdays, long hours are the norm. Remember that average pay? If you are salaried, that nice check doesn't matter as you are expected to work 12 -14 hours a day, 7 days a week, no overtime pay. I could go on and on, from poor equipment and facility status, lack of proper systems, lack of career development, favoritism, and blatant disrespect, but all you need to know is DO NOT WORK HERE! Would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

Pros

It was fun getting trained in new techniques, but they did not prioritize training. The bottom line is all they care about. There were some great coworkers there too. I hope they find a workplace where they are truly valued, cause this is not it.

Cons

I loved working here at first. Then, the good people kept leaving and management became worse. Micromanagement is rampant and new red tape changes to software keep things moving slower and slower. There is no trust in your abilities as an analyst. Management is extremely incompetent and they use fear and bullying through intimidation to deliver results. They will only promote you if they like you as a person. Hard work never gets rewarded, and promotions are unbalanced. Safety, empathy, and quality are taken as suggestions while their antiquated SOPs are considered the highest dogma. Higher turnover rate than most restaurants. Managers talk trash about their employees to other employees. No one who works at the analyst level here is mentally ok. The heartache is not worth the low pay. Watch your back.
