CEO has unrealistic and constantly changing expectations. He's a reasonably nice person, but not a great manager. One person said that employee happiness is inversely correlated to how much the have to work with CEO, this is very accurate. Pay is on the lower side. Career advancement is achieved by getting a job elsewhere. Lack of consistency in systems, processes, internal tools, the product itself, team structure, organization structure, strategy, value proposition, customer profiles, use cases, etc. was a regular issue, despite all the buzzwords used to describe them.
