Pros

- Great location in Boulder, free parking and access to trails at lunchtime - Secure and clean building - Free 15 minute weekly massages - Dog-friendly - Stocked kitchen

Cons

- Lack of career growth to any employee who shows promise. - Old boy's club mentality despite women on the leadership team -- very clear favoritism. - Deceitful and discriminatory for those not in the inner circle. - When culture questions are brought to the attention of leadership, they dodge the response. - They do not set up employees for long-term success. - The entire marketing team, except the manager, was laid off and walked out in front of the entire company -- on the day the company hit record sales -- after being told they were not performing against a strategy that was dictated by leadership despite pushback from the team -- a strategy that the team was told was an experiment they would not be held accountable for it falling flat -- talk about a new level of humiliation. - Despite leadership expressing to all employees during company meetings that under-performing employees would be given plenty of time to correct course, the marketing department was allegedly "underperforming" and was laid off without warning whatsoever or any indication of poor performance.

Pros

Great people in the sales organization.

Cons

The product team and some in leadership are disconnected from the market. Probably aren't the right people to grow Alchemer, especially in the AI age. New products don't work and are delivered a year behind schedule. Tough to hit the target when you have nothing to sell.
