Pros
First, the people here are quality. You probably see that said in a lot of these reviews and that is because it is true. Outside of work, people here are quality human beings and this org has an opportunity to have an amazing culture. The software they have creates a deep love/hate relationship. It can do some amazing things and as a seller the use cases you have at your fingertips are vast. However, the constant outages of the platform create all kinds of problems. This was not indicated to me before joining the org, so it was a bit of a rude awakening. Pay and benefits are good! It allows for a work life balance, but not everyone embraces that in the sales world.
Cons
I waited to write this so I could be as objective as possible. The tech outages mentioned above are a major problem, and it takes away the ability to keep up with competition in terms of advancements and new features. Also, it felt like some of the current offerings needed more work so I had a hard time seeing when innovation and advancements would be on our roadmap. The culture here ends up being the main issue, and a major reason why I left. This place has amazing staff, but they can’t reach their full potential with constantly moving expectations, and then being belittled and put down for not meeting those expectations. I believe that leaders should coach, and own up to their short comings. This is not something I saw often at Alchemer. Grace was demanded from us for the technology team who was fighting to create more stability, but if one little thing wasn’t properly updated on the AM side, we were crashed down on with an iron fist.
