Difficult to grow past entry level - Anonymous employee Alchemer Employee Review

Thanks for the review! Yep -- we're actively working to fix the salary issue. It's taken a little longer than we like. Now that we have an unbiased source of salary data (no offense, GlassDoor) we're making moves to bring folks not in range up. Provided there isn't a performance issue -- HR would kill me for making blind promises without knowing where the feedback is coming from! :-) Our goal is to be in the 65 to 75 percentile for wages (higher than average, but we'll never have the highest salaries). We are very focused on having a very very strong benefits package -- particularly for those with families (new and older). Good advice in terms of maturity.
