Pros
There are some really kind, genuine individual contributors.
Cons
Decisions are all made by a few people at the top of the organization. All decisions must run by them and approved by them to move forward. Often, great ideas are overlooked or shot down because the CEO or some other senior leader didn't think of them. Some recent positive reviews mentioned that the company moves fast and that anyone submitting a negative review may just not be able to keep up. This could not be further from the truth. Moving quickly in the right direction is great. Unfortunately, leadership and middle management often ask employees to run straight at a brick wall in the name of moving fast. It is maddening to warn management, "this approach won't work for x, y, and z reasons" just to be overruled, forced to move forward with the half-thought out idea, and then for the project to fail. It's demoralizing, and it's caused the company to lose a lot of very smart, motivated, and dedicated employees. Lastly, the culture is atrocious. Leadership regularly demean employees in meetings. The leadership team is small-minded and views diversity as unimportant and employees as widgets to do their bidding. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants an intellectual challenge or an environment of respect.
