Pros
This is a place where you can see your impact- both short term and long term. You can ask hard questions and know that someone will answer you, whether it's your own manager or someone else. And if the answer doesn't make sense, you can keep asking until it does. Benefits are great- with options for healthcare that fit my family. The 401k is the best I've seen. My manager is flexible with my hours and when I need to work from home, though I'd rather be in the office. Everyone is an "owner" through our employee participation program.
Cons
Alchemer is in a sweet spot right now to grow and hit targets. Lately it feels like the universe is working against us and the economy is having an impact, but the executive team and our owners are doing a great job to weather the unexpected. The day to day can be challenging and you have to be comfortable with change.
