      Great benefits and pay and food.

      Cons

      High turnover and incosistent leadership. Inadequate training and support for new employees Long hours with little work-life balance few benefits or incentives for strong performance while leadership only supports friendship initiatives.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend
