Pros
Benefits, PTO , Insurance, "some" employees are very kind and helpful. I cant name people but there are "some" managers and supervisors who are very supportive and go above and beyond to help you out.
Cons
Favoritism. Sucking up to your boss will make you move up the ladder way faster than any employee who is quiet and works hard. They say speak up for Quality, in return you will be branded as a trouble maker, and punish you for opening your mouth. They say follow SOP's production decreases when auditor are on site (wonder why?), but when they leave everything goes to over drive. Some employees just sit all day and do just the bare minimum. Certain employees even try selling drugs to temp employees. And if your boss likes you, you can hit another employee with a forklift, damage the forklift battery chargers, leave your cellphone inside the sterilization chamber while sterilizing products (suprise!! guess only a few know this), getting caught sleeping under the racks (with a hammock) its ok your boss will cover you till the ends of the earth. If only one supervisor hates you, you can say goodbye to your 10 cent raise. One mistake will pretty much ruin your chances for a good raise.
