      Career Growth Oppportunity Flexible schedule and work/life balance Very competitive compensation package Diverse work environment in regards to experience and technical bandwidth

      The company is steadily changing as a result of downsizing, mergers etc, and there is a level of instability associated with that change that creates a strain on personnel as they adjust to the new environment.
