      Pros

      Once upon a time there used to be quality technical people at Alcon. Seems like all the best employees are gone with only the few that can't find jobs anywhere else. I got the best severance package ever!!! LOL!!!

      Cons

      Alcon is now run by greedy Novartis execs and is destroying the morale of the company with massive layoffs every year! Get a clue Novartis! Stop destroying Alcon!!

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
