      Very complex and volatile internal and external environment keeps you busy and alert. Vision to extend and improve patient lives is alive and embedded in mentality

      Cons

      Very long decision making process, missing opportunities, obsolete systems, manual work, insecurity and uncertainty for the future, not many opportunities for development

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
