      Pros

      Family like atmosphere before being merged into a larger company. Now not a great place to be so much. Wish it could go back to the way it was.

      Cons

      Some confusion on being a big company or small company. Lots of transactions make computing environment requirements higher than most companies of the same size.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
