A Mad Scramble - Sales Representative Alcon Employee Review

Unrealistic expectations of reps in the field. Difficult to balance admin work and travel. Managers are not helpful. Too many hands in the pot at corporate trying to launch different programs for different departments and stretching their reps too thin. HR does not support reps. They say they are about “family” but at the end of the day, if you aren’t putting in the extra extra hours and figuring out what it is they want from you, your job will be threatened by your manager. Corporate is a “boys club”.
