      Good Incentive structure on target achievment

      Cons

      Its having an unorganized hierarchy, too much politics and work pressure from senior manager,the teams haven't shapen up,junior level problems are not addressed. All they want is target achievement without proper supervision .

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
