      Great campus to work on in Fort Worth. Salary is slightly above market level.

      Cons

      There is minimal to no life-work balance. Expectation of salaried employees is to work at least 50+ hours a week. Middle level management focus is on figures,business and not people.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
