      Very conservative company, lots of political games and intrigues , decisions are depended on relations. the highly qualified managers have to leave company due to weakness of general management and internal changes.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
