      Pros

      The landscaping is pretty and some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Absolutely horrible. Inept management, complete lack of processes and organization. People are treated badly, especially contractors. The parking is horrible and the cafeteria food is subpar. I wouldn't recommend Alcon to anyone, even someone desperate for work.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
