      Exceptionally skilled workers at all levels. Excellent Fort Worth Campus. Great benefits and 401k match.

      Cons

      Limited career opportunities. Recent layoffs let go many good workers merely for "cost containment." Former Alcon culture is being eroded by Novartis micromanaging and reorganization.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
