Alcon has great health benefits and vacation time. They encourage a healthy work-family balance and healthy living. Some people have worked at Alcon for 20+ years.
Cons
They have recently been purchased by Novartis so the old-style Alcon culture is fading away. Systems and processes are being replaced with new one which causes confusion.
