Pros
You can gain experience in an international company. You can change departments if interested. People are generally friendly, but the ambience will depend heavily on particular team you are in and the manager.
Cons
Teams are understaffed and you work overtime on the daily. Frequent process, team, set up changes, not managed very well. At 80% you are still expected to deliver 100% at a lower cost. Constant budget constraints, no tangible benefits except of the internal gym and special prices for meals in the canteen.
