      Alcon offers great benefits and fair salary.

      Cons

      Review process is painful and tedious. If you work hard, they overwork you. Those that don't work hard seem to slide by and it is difficult process to let underperformers go.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
