      12-hr schedule (15 days on/off each month). Fairly lenient. College reimbursement (10k/yr for undergrad).

      Cons

      Safety. Training. Low pay, high risk. Supervisors are clearly sleep deprived and stressed.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
