Pros
Fairly good staff gifts, benefits, experience and exposure. A few great leaders, but not enough support for the people trying to get things across the line
Cons
Third party logistics / warehouse who have many other companies they prioritise. Even befor covid were poorly impacted by backorders. Can be a very cliquey environment, with a few people that rule the roost and can gang up on or completely ignore and isolate newer staff. HR leadership is lax and biased.
