It’s one of the reasons our Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer joined us in the latter part of 2020. We’ve recently completed a global assessment of our Diversity and Inclusion practices to get a baseline understanding of our maturity landscape to help us prioritize our focus areas. While we’ve made a lot of progress over the pasts two years by launching diversity metrics/KPIs for the ELT, expanding our programming for ERGs and upskilling associates around the globe regarding unconscious bias, our work in this area is ongoing.
