      Nepotism and favoritism has taken a grip over the Manufacturing side culture, in which competence and merits are completely disregard for hiring and career or job advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
