Pros
One of the best company to work for. The culture is too good and the connect with the higher management and the lower level associate is very less which is indeed a rare thing in other firms.
Cons
Bias..bias and bias. Favourism and the change of culture from a core company to an outsourced service provider in India. They need to seriously work on this and need to check whom they need and whom they want for the job. They let the people to go whom they need but retain the one whom they want.
